• Opportunities Map: Identify locations where you see opportunities in Plain City and tell us why those places matter or have potential.
• Plan Priorities & Recommendations: Help us build the draft plan by:
  • Identifying key performance indicators (KPI's) you think should be used to measure success
  • Highlighting the priorities and recommendations that resonate most with you
  • Tell us if anything is missing or needs adjustment
• Exit Questionnaire: A brief survey to share final thoughts and limited background information.
