The City of St. Louis is launching a planning effort to guide growth and stability across North St. Louis neighborhoods. This plan builds on ongoing revitalization work and focuses on reversing population decline, expanding opportunity, and improving quality of life.

The Plan Area 4 neighborhood planning process kicked off on December 9. If you weren’t able to attend our first public meeting, you can still participate online!
