I don’t think the district is lacking in retail business. I think there is always ways to improve walkability with sidewalks and bike trails

Ample Walking and Bicycling Trails and sidewalks. Good intersections for crossing with traffic.

the old Firestone site could be turned into a cultural district pedestrian-centric, mixed use development, boutique retail, food, keep woods

Add a splash pad with another park for kids older than 3 years old. An indoor venue for fun activities: Escape Rooms, Axe throwing, etc.

Do something with Firestone area. Anson sidewalks on 16th north of pleasant are overgrown with trees they need trimmed back for safety

I enjoy the brewery and restaurants and access to the trails but would like to see the ally and road updates on Christian remove the gravel!

New food places not the same old restaurants. No more apartments. Activities for teens would be great. Skating rink.
